It sets clear expectations for parents’ behavior and emphasizes their role in creating a positive and supportive environment. It also serves as a guide so that the experience remains positive, safe, and focused on the development and well-being of the players, promoting mutual respect and creating an environment where young athletes can thrive both on and off the field.
