Ballito Royals FC Player Code of Conduct is crucial to the club’s success as it sets clear expectations for behavior, sportsmanship, and responsibility. It helps ensure a positive experience for all players, coaches, and families involved. All players are required to sign the below upon registering as a member of the club.
Our Parent’s Code of Conduct is another essential component to the success of Ballito Royals FC. It sets clear expectations for parents’ behavior and emphasizes their role in creating a positive and supportive environment. It also serves as a guide so that the experience remains positive, safe, and focused on the development and well-being of the players, promoting mutual respect and creating an environment where young athletes can thrive both on and off the field. All parents / guardians are encouraged to sign the below document when registering their child(ren) for Ballito Royals FC.
All players must complete the registration forms in order to join BRFC. This includes the following important information:
Indemnity:
- Football training, practice and participation has inherent risks and you consent to, acknowledge and accept that your child’s attendance and participation in the Club’s activities are entirely and strictly at their own risk.
- You agree that the Club, and its respective directors, officials, contractors, sub-contractors, sponsors, consultants, coaches, trainees, assistance, managers, agents, staff and employees (the “Club Officials”) shall not be liable for any claim of whatsoever nature or kind for any cost, loss, damage, injury, disability or death which may be incurred by you and your child or loss or damage caused to you and/or your child’s property, arising directly or indirectly from you and/or your child’s participation in the Club’s activities and/or use of the facilities or amenities of the Club.
- The Club and Club Officials are further hereby indemnified by you from and against any and all such claims which may arise in connection with any such cost, loss, damage, injury, disability or death of you and/or your child or damage and/or to you/your child’s property.
Fees:
- Our dedicated coaching team works tirelessly to develop our player’s skills and create a positive sporting environment. Your prompt payments directly support their livelihoods. Monthly subs also go towards maintaining equipment and facilities, essential for the overall experience for all our members.
- No payment holidays, suspensions, or deferrals of payment obligations under this Agreement shall be permitted. The payment schedule outlined herein shall be strictly adhered to, and all payments shall be made in full and on time, without exception, unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Ballito Royals FC Committee.
- Fees are subject to increase at the Club’s discretion.
- Fees are to be paid by the 7th of each month.
- No pay = No play.
- Re-registration of players is only permissible if the previous year’s accounts are in good standing.
Cancellation of Membership:
Please note that one month’s written notice is required for cancellation of your child’s membership.
Accounts must be in good standing before a player release letter is issued.
